Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above $75. Your items will arrive within 3-5 business days.

  • Premium Shipping: For quicker delivery, choose our premium option for just $9.99. Your items will arrive within 2-4 business days.
  • Expedited Delivery: Need your items even faster? Opt for our expedited delivery for an additional fee of $19.99, with a delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Shipping Partners

We partner with FedEx and UPS to ensure your items are delivered securely and promptly.

Order Processing

We keep most items in stock and ready to ship within 1 to 2 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow 4 business days for processing.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or during National Holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that during peak periods such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package every step of the way directly from our webside at any time using our trackin page.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we are currently unable to ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may apply upon receiving their order. These fees are not covered by Linessence and must be paid by the recipient.
